Purpose
Phase 7 supports integration, consolidation, and forward orientation. Its purpose is to anchor transformation, provide psychological closure, and establish clarity around next steps.
Psychological function
This phase strengthens narrative coherence, emotional resolution, and identity stabilization. It allows the psyche to complete its processing cycles. Closure restores internal order and forward momentum.
Nervous system framing
Focus is placed on stabilization, grounding, and integration. The nervous system is supported in settling into new regulation patterns. This prevents emotional relapse or fragmentation.
Shadow focus
Attention is given to residual emotional charge, identity residue, and transition anxiety. These are integrated gently to allow completion. Shadow becomes closure and resolution.
Practical outcomes
Clients experience clarity, emotional completion, and renewed life orientation. They move forward with grounded confidence and internal coherence. Integration becomes stable and embodied.
