Aurora Penepacker (Amélie Poulain), Joe Giovannetti (Nino Quincampoix), Kelan M Smith (Raphaël Poulain/Bretodeau), Rachel Carreras (Amandine Poulain/Philomene), Mizha Lee Overn (Georgette/Sylvie), Samantha Ringor (Suzanne), Sam Hook (Lucien), Jon Patrick Penick (Collignon/Julien Dufayel), Sonia Goldberg (Gina), Todd Aulwurm (Elton John/Hipolito), Quinn Rigg (Fluffy/Joseph), Lucas Burr (Blind Beggar/Garden Gnome)
NOTES: (MP4 - 8.07 GB) Great stage-shot of this insane lovable musical during previews! As with most Kokandy productions, it was very immersive and actors were up close. Shot from a side view. There is occasional washout from lights pointing towards my camera that makes the colors a bit weird, but nothing too bad, and only present in bright scenes. There is a moment in Act 2 where I knock over my water bottle, so there is a brief moment (5 seconds) of action missed when I pick it up. Other than this, all action is captured. Readjustment throughout.

NOTES: (VOB + smalls) This new musical is absolutely fantastic and is likely to do very well when it hits Broadway this season. Christy is perfectly cast as Anya, and she has great chemistry with Derek, Mary, and the rest of the cast. The music, sets, and costumes are all beautifully done as well. This is nearly perfectly captured with no obstruction and just a couple quick very dropouts. It’s filmed in 16:9, with a mix of wides, mediums, and close-ups. The sound is excellent. Includes playbill scans.

NOTES: (MP4 - 5.5 GB) Beautiful HD capture of the incredible Presley Ryan as Lydia and David's first week as Adam! Filmed from the left orchestra without obstructions with a mix of wides, mediums, and closeups. This is hands down the best video of the show to date. Starts about 3 minutes into performance (mid whole being dead thing).

NOTES: (MP4 - 10.4 GB) Nice video from the second week of previews and Version 3.0. Some scenes are majorly wideshot due to the nature of the show, along with usher activity. Some washout can be seen at times but its not too bad.

Steve Barton (Albin/Zazá), Gunther Konig (Georges)
NOTES: (VOB + smalls - 2.95 GB) Some generational loss but great for its age. Steve Barton opened the show as Jean-Michel in 1985, then took over the role of Albin from Helmut Baumann in 1986. Often mislabeled as 1987.

NOTES: (VOB + smalls - 3.59 GB) Great capture of this beautifully retooled revival. The performances were astonishing and the whole cast was senstational. Marin and Molly are pure perfection! The campiness has been removed from the show and there is such a sad and powerful story that remains. A-

NOTES: (MP4 - 10.54 GB) Great 4K capture of this production’s closing performance! Old Deutoronomy’s entrance sequence, which is approximately 8 minutes long, is blacked out due to the theatre-wide standing ovation. Some action on the balconies or in the audience couldn’t be captured, and because a lot of the staging uses the entire theatre, there are frequent wideshots. Some obstruction in the top right that blocks off a bit of action (mostly at the beginning). Some moments of wandering and unfocusing. The crowd is loud and enthusiastic, which is encouraged, but does mean some moments are difficult to hear and the audio is overwhelming. Curtain call is included (but mostly blindshot), audio is fed from external source.

Some mild grain and very minimal washout.
