NOTES: (VOB + smalls, MP4 - 22.3 GB) Very limited trade (3:1) Excellent video of two understudies, including the u/s Christine. A short blackout towards the very end of Music of the night (and the following scene, in which Christine takes off the Phantom's mask, was not well filmed), and another one towards the beginning of Masquerade. Other than that, it's a great video. Includes an excellent flub where Christine acidentally takes off the Phantom's mask during Music of the Night, but neither she nor he miss a beat.

- For some reason, Act 1 is in the second half of the files for the VOBs. However, the menu seems to work correctly when an Act is chosen.

NOTES: (VOB + no smalls) Highlights from two performances. The first has Claudia Cota and goes from the overture to 'Don Juan Rehearsal', cutting out most of 'Think of Me'. The second was labeled with Irasema Terrazas as Christine, but it may actually be Lolita Cortes. It goes from the auction to just before the kiss in the 'Final Lair'. Somewhat shaky and pixelated, faces are a white blur in wideshots but distinguishable in close shots.

- Saulo and Irasema work really well together. While I prefer the Spanish production's translation, I think the Mexican production had a much stronger cast. They seemed to have more freedom with their interpretations.
