NOTES: (VOB + smalls - 4.09 GB) The only known video recording of Julie Goodwin and John Bowles. Starts at the Hannibal rehearsal.

- This was just discovered in May 2023 and put into circulation again! I had these details confirmed by Almaviva: Until May 2023, I had no idea that a video recording existed of Julie and John and yet here they are in a seemingly (and as of yet) uncirculated video! The date checks out as this was when Simon covered for Anthony Warlow the entire week (Anthony was off recovering after singing Melbourne opening night with flu on 28 July and he only returned to the show on 5 August for the Sunday matinee). This is also confirmed by newspaper reports I have from the time.

- This is the original 2 disc version that has the original menu and smalls. I believe the one commonly traded version is 1 disc without smalls.

Fragmented Christine-oriented highlights: “Overture”, Hannibal, last bit of “Think of Me”, parts of “Angel of Music”, “The Mirror, title song, “Stranger Than You Dreamt It”, and the rooftop scene, most of “Twisted Every Way” and last half of “Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again”, and almost all of “Point of No Return” and Final Lair. Thirteen mov files.

Beautiful close-ups. Mostly focused on Anthony Warlow and a bit on Alexander Lewis.
