It’s filmed in 16:9 with a mix of wides, mediums, and closeups from the front right orchestra with minor obstructions on the far sides of the stage that affect a small amount of the action that takes place there. There's only one main dropout that occurs during the scene before The Point of No Return due to an usher in the aisle. Due to the dark nature of the show, the camera rarely wanders during one or two scenes of the show but this never lasts for more than a few seconds. The audio is excellent and is from an external source. Includes audio of curtain call and playbill scans.

NOTES: (MP4 - 15.88 GB) NFT; August 15, 2027 Starts a bit rocky in terms of filming direction as I figured what I am doing and how to do it. By the end of the overture, I was able to get my footing. Filmed from far right orchestra (fun fact: same seat as the spy pen video from May) with phone. First 40 minutes of Act One is vertically filmed, but as I became more comfortable, I switched to horizontal. While vertical in particular, everything is blurry and slightly washed out due to a blindspot. There is also a head blocking stage left a decent chunk at the time. Seems to clear up about 50 minutes in. Occasional extreme camera wandering. During All I Ask of You, those aren't blackouts per se, its that I didn't have the camera pointed to where lights were on stage, though pointed at the stage in general. In general, that scene is just not filmed well. Ends after the Phantom kidnaps Christine to take her to his lair mid-Don Juan.
