Also known as "the Mysterious Voice," he is obviously very evil. Not much is known about him until the season 3 finale. He has employed Meccanoid to spy on the MiPs throughout the series and the Robo-Cops to oversee Robot Park remotely.

He appears to be "muscular" with large shoulders and thick arms with claw-like hands. He has black details around his shoulders, waist, feet, and fingers, and is otherwise glossy white in color.

Relationships
Meccanoid has acted as Robosapien's spy since early in the series. Robosapien is strict and rude to Meccanoid as he carries out Robosapien's orders. Meccanoid seems frightened by Robosapien, but happy to do good work.
The MiPs
Robosapien has had a vendetta against all four MiPs since early in the series, but the MiPs were not aware of this until they met him for the first time in episode 16. Robosapien is apathetic towards the MiPs and wants to destroy them for "taking his spotlight," regardless of their actual intent.

His voice is loosely inspired by a combination of Chris Hemsworth's voice and James Earl Jones's voice.
