Anne is available to come to your Eastern Melbourne workplace to teach small groups a specially customised program of yoga informed by the Alexander Technique which caters to the particular needs of your group.
"I started Anne’s online yoga classes at a time when I felt like other modalities I had tried had taken more than given to my physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Anne prepares and guides each class with a unique approach tailored to those present in the class. Since attending these classes, I have learned and re-learned how to move with ease in yoga, and in life. Thank you Anne!"

"I've been attending Anne's yoga classes at the Melbourne Yoga Centre and School for F.M.Alexander Studies over the last year and find Anne's teaching of huge benefit both physically and mentally. As well as the immediate satisfaction of an enjoyable yoga class, I’m learning to re-think habitual posture and movement. Anne has a calm, gentle and very clear way of conveying instructions, and is very skilled at finding work-arounds for yoga poses that are difficult for those of us with physical limitations. I highly recommend Anne's classes."
