Sessions re-educate mind and body to reduce stress and pain and increase wellbeing.
All sessions and workshops with Mindful Movement Education are structured to meet the specific needs of individuals or groups.
Alexander Technique teachers combine observation, dialogue and gentle manual guidance to build self-awareness, release tensions and redirect unnecessary effort into easier and more efficient movement.
You will learn principles and practices which you can apply in daily life at home and work.
Individual sessions are 50 minutes. Depending on individual needs, a series of sessions may be advised.

In a typical session, gentle touch and verbal guidance are used to support you explore new ways of moving and thinking. With guidance you learn to identify and change the habits which are interfering with ease, flexibility and balance.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.
If you cannot attend a lesson, 24 hours notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee.
If you are feeling unwell, have been travelling or been in contact with a COVID infected person, please do not attend the studio. A new appointment will be made
