• 1. Acceptance of Terms

• By downloading, installing, or using the Miggle application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. Miggle (“we”, “us”, “our”) reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

• 2. Description of Service

• Miggle is a language learning application that provides AI-powered conversation practice, vocabulary building (word bank), translation, and character-based learning experiences. Features may include text-to-speech, speech-to-text, and subscription-based premium features (Miggle Plus). We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

• 3. Account and Eligibility

• You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

• 4. Acceptable Use

• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:(a) use the App in any way that violates applicable laws;(b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts;(c) use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others;(d) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;(e) use automated means to access the App without our permission; or(f) use the App to distribute malware or spam.We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these rules.

• 5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Miggle may offer paid subscriptions (e.g., Miggle Plus) through the Apple App Store and/or Google Play Store. Payment will be charged to your account upon confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s store account settings. Refunds are subject to the respective store’s policies (Apple or Google). We do not process refunds directly.

• 6. Intellectual Property

• The App, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Miggle or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. You retain ownership of content you create (e.g., saved words); you grant us a license to use such content to provide and improve the service.

• 7. Privacy

• Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

• 8. Disclaimers

• THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (IF ANY).

• 9. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive termination.

• 10. Governing Law and Disputes

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Miggle operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. If you are in the European Union, you may also have the right to use the dispute resolution mechanisms provided by your country.
