This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Miggle mobile app (the “App”).By using Miggle, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

• Contact Information

• Email address (for account creation, login, password reset, support)

• Name (display name or profile name you provide)

• User Content

• Photos or videos you optionally upload or use inside the app (for example, profile images or other media you choose to share).

• Audio data (your voice and speech) when you use speech‑to‑text (STT) or text‑to‑speech (TTS) features. Audio is sent to our speech/AI providers to process your request.

• Identifiers

• User ID (e.g. Firebase UID, internal app user ID, RevenueCat customer ID)

• Purchase History

• Information about your in‑app purchases and subscriptions (product IDs, subscription status, purchase dates, renewal status), but not your full payment card number or bank details. Payments are processed by Apple’s App Store and we never see your complete payment information.

• Usage Data

• Product interaction data such as screens viewed, button taps, features used, error events, and session information. We use this to improve app performance and user experience.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of data such as precise location, health data, or financial account numbers.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data to:

• Create and manage your account

• Provide core features of the app (translations, conversations, word bank, voice features)

• Manage subscriptions and purchases (e.g. Miggle Plus)

• Sync and secure your data in the cloud
