The Metacycle's controller is a Votol EM200-2SP. It is not the Votol EM200.
Voltage: 60-72 V
Current: rated 200 A, boost 250 A (some say 150 A nominal, some say peak 250 A)
Flux weaking ratio: 200%
IP67 waterproof rating (some places say IP65 and users report issues with water destroying the controller)
Uses CAN bus to communicate with the BMS in the battery
The numbers you can get from different sites vary, so use caution and monitor the temperature when attempting to run more current through the controller.
While rated up to 250 A boost (600 A peak), Metacycle factory settings limit it to under 200A (220A for sport mode). Perhaps that's to help ensure the controller keeps working, since an engineer on the project says this part can be of questionable quality.
There is additional information about programming the controller since this is a generic controller and it needs detailed information about the system it's controlling.
