Barbara (Packard) Sieler

Barbara (Packard) Sieler was Sarah's mother, my mother-in-law.  You may read her obituaries here and here.

These are a few of Barbara's early poems that Sarah filed away and I have found. I hope to find more eventually.  

In the early to mid 1950s she was the Managing Editor of Lincoln High School's literary magazine The Scribe, and was featured on the KFOR radio live program Saturday Morning Storytime Playhouse with Dick Cavett and Sandi Dennis, both of whom were her classmates at Lincoln High School, in Lincoln, Nebraska, during that period.
