At Yankee Hill Lake,
when Sarah (Black) Page & her husband visited.
Our Koi Pond in its heyday, Sarah found it relaxing, meditative, and enjoyable to place food in their mouths, one at a time, to ensure each got their share. They found it enjoyable too. Each had a name; most from Lord of the Rings. Most were raised from fry, rescued and raised in an aquarium in the house until they were no longer bite sized and could be released to fend for themselves in the pond outside. We loved them all. I sorely miss them all.
