Write every morning.
Do not stop or pause:

For self-editing (always welcome "Freudian" slips, or parapraxes; they can tell you much that you might need to hear.)
To ... "say it better"
Do not think too much. Whatever is there, let it out, on "paper".
"Morning Pages" are a daily exercise based on Julia Cameron's The Artist's Way".
This might lead me to say stupid, ignorant, and even bigoted, things. They are not always "me" and "what I believe", but they are what is in my brain and in my fingers. They can be things I need to work on, or they might be stupid typos. It is a creativity Exercise, for discovering what is inside me, and improving that content or expression of it.
