DUTIES OF TRUSTEE(S)

Design a draft schedule which will be submitted to clubs through the Club Coordinator by mid-October. The final schedule is to published by Nov 1.
Maintain an accurate account of finances. Generate a statement of accounts showing income, expenses, and financial standing to March 31 of each year, and publish the report to all Club Coordinators.
Accept notification, keep record of, and inform the appropriate individuals of any deviation from the scheduled date and time of matches. Ensure such deviations have been approved by both Holder and Challenger.
Settle any disputes or other matters arising from the competition. The decision of the Trustee(s) in such matters will be final.
Ensure the matters of concern arising from the competition will be reviewed.
Ensure that matters that will change the structure of the competition are altered only after the consent of two-thirds of the Club Coordinators whose clubs have signed to participate in the challenge that year. In each matter each club will have only one vote. In clubs with multiple Club Coordinators, a voting delegate should be designated.
