Classroom Secretary:
- One per classroom, usually elected by the entire class after nominations have completed
- Strong note-taking skills is recommended
- Has three main duties:
- To keep a log of comments and suggestions made during classroom session. This is not a transcript recorded verbatim, but a journal that is general and straight to the point.
- Records the classroom votes on the electronic voting sheet provided by the teacher. The Classroom Clerk will take roll and the Classroom Secretary will record the vote.
- Print the voting record and post it in a designated area for all classes to view
