Tapped out on March 7 - 64 taps all on sap bags and 5/16" aluminum spouts

Season ended on April 4 - 4 weeks

Collected 1020 gallons of sap between 1.3-1.5% sugar

Gallons of concentrate mostly around 7.5% - 188.5 gallons (18% of total gallons collected)

11 gallons of concentrate to make 1 gallon of syrup

Time tapping/collecting/cleaning up - 22 hours

Time boiling - 32 hours

Time finishing off and bottling - 12 hours

Total time - 66 hours
