Parts List for Small RO

ATTENTION:  I am currently building a 4" x 40" system and have sold off my smaller units.  I will no longer be updating this parts list.  However, I have been asked by several people not to remove this page from my site.

Here is a list for all the parts needed to build a 4 membrane RO system using 150gpd membranes and an Aquatech 8800 pump.  I run my system with 6 membranes but have found that there is very little difference between 5 and 6.  By running an additional membrane or two I have found that I was able to process a little more sap per hour with about a 1-1.5% higher concentrate.  My sap usually runs low around 1.3-1.5% so it is worth it for me.

Below is a list of all the parts needed to build a system with 4 x 150gpd membranes (I run mine with 6 mainly because of low sugar content of sap):

Aquatech 8800 with transformer (comes with 3/8" and 1/4" fittings):  $112.55

The model number listed for this pump is 8852 - please make sure when it arrives that it is in fact an 8852 and an 8851.  The two models look identical but the 8852 has a higher flow rate and pressure.
