Checklist
I listed at least 4 specific, measurable criteria for my robotic arm design.
I listed at least 4 clear constraints, including physical, material, or budget limitations.
I drew a simple 2-bar arm sketch showing my design.
I labeled at least one criterion and one constraint on the sketch.
I labeled joint angles (θ₁, θ₂) and segment lengths (L₁, L₂).
I included two positions: rest and active (e.g., reaching).
I labeled the angles for both positions.
I marked how far the arm tip moves and the angle swept.
I estimated the x, y coordinates of the arm tip using sin/cos or triangle ratios.
I considered how constraints can become criteria with an example.
I gave an example of how a constraint can lead to innovation.
I updated my personal Need-to-Know list based on what I’ve learned.
