Punish

Just uthrow into a single tipper aerial. Tipper fair works if they DI away or slight away/down and away. Uair works if they do no DI or slight DI. If they DI behind, you can uair or dash tipper fair but its kinda hard. Oftentimes you can get 2 aerials but depends on percent/DI. I think tipper fair oftentimes leads to fair-> fair or fair-> uair but uair doesn't directly lead to anything. Once you get the uthrow into tipper aerial, you're in a great position and can shark the fuck out of pika

You can use the "Combo Training" event in Unclepunch, enable combo counter, and it will tell you if your uthrow aerial is a true hitstun combo. Even if the combo counter doesnt tick, it might still be inescapable but not a true combo in terms of hitstun

I think it's not unrealistic to grind out the timing on punishing the 2 frames on Pika's tech in place, if you accept that you're reading the tech in place

You can convert the frame window between f1 of knockdown and the frame you'd have to swing in order to hit them on frame 25/26 of tech in place

Or like, let me rephrase

No matter what character you're playing against, it's good to punish tech in place during frame 25-26, because delaying your punish as late as possble also maximizes the number of frames you have to react

So like, if you want to dtilt or grab his TIP on f26, you have to dtilt/grab on frame 19, which is 18 frames after f1 of knockdown. An interval of 18 frames is 200 BPM, so if you properly internalize a rhythm of 200 BPM, you can use f1 as the first beat, and f19 as the second beat on which you want to hit A

If you want to fsmash his TIP on f26, you have to let it rip on f14 or 15 (I think fsmash reaches its max horizontal on f12), which iirc corresponds to a BPM of ~260
