IMPORTANT INTAKE BOOKLET ORDERING MESSAGE

The intake/interview booklets are available for ordering and there’s an update on how you select your quantities.

For the English version (D20444), please order them in multiples of 50, with a maximum of 1,000 per order. Place an additional order, if you need more than 1,000 booklets.

For the Spanish version (D20445), these should also be ordered in multiples of 50, with a maximum of 500 per order. Place an additional order, if you need more than 500 booklets.

Please note, unlike in previous years, you are ordering the number you need in multiples of 50. As you can see in the picture below, this year the ordering unit equals one booklet – last year a unit was a pack of 50 booklets. The system will prompt you to order by multiples of 50.

Please highlight this unit change with those volunteers who handle your ordering, as this update can be easily overlooked.

Please do not submit a request for an invitation to these events. If you are not an invited attendee, links to the program recordings will be available seven days after the event.

As part of the Tax-Aide program, information including the latest updates and program guidance is regularly sent via email to all volunteers. If you are a Tax-Aide volunteer with a question, please first contact your volunteer supervisor or members of your volunteer leadership team.
