4. Proactive classroom management techniques.
Create Turkeys for Thanksgiving.
Date: Fall 2023.
What did I do: I helped students create their turkeys and discussed what the students' plan was for creating the turkey.
What did I learn: The students participate more if the students get to know the teacher better. They feel less shy if the teacher is actively talking and helping the students.

Date: Spring 2023
What did I do: I helped the students of each team strategize to build a bridge.
What I learned: By actively participating with the students, I can hear each individual's thinking process. This builds an understanding between teacher and student about the student's skills and level. This also strengthens the relationship between student and teacher.

what I learned: A communication tool is any piece of software or platform that is used to facilitate external and internal communication. I learned that communication tool is very important for kids communication tool is the act of sharing information between people, groups, or places. It can be done through writing, speaking, or using a medium.
