Our Project
This case study traces the history of the regions of food apartheid in the Twin Cities. We look at how food insecurity impacts the health of people, how COVID-19 impacted food access, and organizations in the Twin Cities working towards food sovereignty. We also offer several resources for those seeking out organizations in the Twin Cities to support, and Macalester-specific food access sites.
