All throughout my experience teaching as practice teacher was both rewarding and insightful. I conducted lessons on different topics in English 3 subject. I taught learners from different sections, and it provided me with an opportunity to apply my instructional strategies in a real classroom setting. While planning each lesson, I ensured that it aligned with the learners’ learning needs and interests. My goal was to create an engaging and interactive learning environment.
I think one of the reason why each of my lessons comes to successes was 6 maintain student engagement. In teaching, I usually use group works, questioning, and storytelling to capture their attention and facilitate active learning. Learners responded well to the activities, which reinforced the lesson’s objectives effectively. Additionally, classroom management was smooth as learners followed instructions and participated actively. But despite the successes, there were some challenges that comes during the class. Like some learners struggled with the topics and activities requiring additional support and reinforcement. I also noticed that time management was an issue, as I was unable to cover all aspects of the lesson within the allocated time. Additionally, a few students seemed disengaged, which made me reflect on ways to make the lesson more inclusive.
From this experiences, I learned that flexibility is key in teaching. Not all students grasp concepts at the same pace, so I need to incorporate differentiated instruction to cater to varying learning needs. I also plan to refine my classroom time management skills by setting clear time limits for each activity. Moreover, I aim to explore
