REFLECTION

My teaching internship was a very important experience that helped me understand what it really means to be a teacher. It gave me the chance to take what I learned in school and apply it in a real classroom. I was able to practice making lesson plans, teaching in front of students, and managing the classroom. These tasks helped me build my confidence and improve my communication skills.

One of the biggest lessons I learned was the importance of being flexible and understanding. Every student is different, and as a teacher, I had to adjust my teaching methods to meet their needs. Some students learned quickly, while others needed more support. I learned to be patient, kind, and creative in helping each student learn in the best way for them.

I also learned a lot by watching and talking to experienced teachers. They gave me advice, shared their teaching strategies, and showed me how to handle different situations in the classroom. I enjoyed working with other interns as well, as we supported and learned from each other. These experiences helped me grow both personally and professionally.

Overall, my teaching internship made me more excited and prepared to become a teacher. It showed me that teaching is not just about giving lessons, but about caring for students and helping them succeed. This experience taught me the value of hard work, teamwork, and continuous learning. I am thankful for the opportunity and look forward to using everything I’ve learned in my future classroom.
