Intro Session to decide about joining the current group: email to set up a zoom
possible times are weekday mornings and all day Saturday or Sunday
Introductory zoom sessions are a place to come and chat either one-on-one or with any others interested in hearing an initial "spiel" about what joining the Body Acceptance group would entail. Price: free
Art group sessions (can be created at your request) you can ask for a workshop on book-making, zine-making, greeting card, or mixed media collage-making. 40$/session (sliding scale available).
Writing group zoom sessions (can be created at your request) You can request something ahead of time for a group: I'll bring my own journal to these sessions and be ready to write with you, give out prompt(s), or plan a bigger project. 40$/group session or 75$/per hour for individual coaching or editing.
When you are ready to join the zoom session, put the bit.ly in your browser and it will prompt you to open zoom. Make sure to note capital letters, and which session you are attending at what time -- PST (Pacific standard time) for all times.
