In the spring of 1995, AOL was born. America On Line. I wanted to be a part of it. I remember driving to Ballard one evening and walking into a computer store and buying a computer and a modem. I had to be part of the chatroom phenomenon. It was like it was built for me.

Everyone had screen names. I channeled mine and it was Lunarlaf. Laugh at the moon, maybe she'll laugh back. You know the funny thing is that I usually hate misspelled words, but this was just meant to be. I am not even someone who is really into moons that much--although I'm enthralled by them, and in particular earth's moon and all her powers over us. 

Ten years later, in 2005, Etsy began. I opened a shop there called Lunarlaf productions to sell my cards online. 

In 2006 my first child was born and I switched from card making to knitting and documenting our family life. Using mac's platform, I made a website and called it lunarlaf.

Now it's 2022 and when I decided last spring that I wanted to try my hand at artistic coaching, I naturally turned to Lunarlaf, but when I went to make lunarlaf at gmail, of course I had to have a number attached. And here is what I found out about 401
