Achieved WELL Core & Shell Platinum certification (2024), granted by the Well International Building Institute, the highest level of this prestigious international distinction. This achievement makes LUMNIA the largest building in Portugal to achieve Platinum level. Furthermore, this accomplishment is even more significant when considering that, across the country, only three buildings have reached the Platinum level, LUMNIA being one of them. 

LUMNIA building had already received LEED Core & Shel Gold (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification (2023), assigned by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), the most respected international certification program for sustainable buildings, which evaluates not only the design and construction of buildings, but also their performance over the life cycle, ensuring that their environmental footprint is minimized and promoting , simultaneously, the comfort and well-being of the occupants.
