Key Principles of Our Bullying Prevention Program:
Awareness and Education: We will provide ongoing training for students, staff, and parents to recognize, prevent, and respond to bullying.
Reporting Mechanisms: We encourage students and parents to report any incidents of bullying. Multiple reporting methods will be available to ensure that everyone feels safe and supported in coming forward.
Support Systems: We will establish support systems for victims of bullying, including counseling services.
Intervention Strategies: Staff will be trained to intervene effectively when witnessing bullying and to follow protocols for addressing the behavior.
Community Involvement: We will work with community partners to promote awareness and engagement in bullying prevention efforts.
