The following inventory must be made upon entering the apartment.

If the inventory cannot be done in the presence of the owner (entry using the connected lock), the trip must immediately notify the owner of any defect or deficiency observed. Otherwise, items found broken, damaged or missing when the owner takes over the apartment will be considered the responsibility of the last traveler.

The rental of the apartment implies acceptance of the present.
