* Arrival and departure :

You can arrive in the apartment from 4:00 p.m. and departures must be before 11:00 a.m.

Before your arrival, you will receive a code allowing you to open the front door.

To open: enter the 6-digit code then on the right arrow.

To close: enter the 6-digit code then on the left arrow.

If you notice an anomaly in the accommodation, please contact us.

When you leave, you will not be able to re-enter, the code provided having expired. Also, we ask you to check that you have not forgotten anything before closing the door.

* Where to park ?

You can park in the courtyard, in front of place number 45.

Otherwise, if it is already taken by another owner, you can park in another place in the yard.

Otherwise, there are always free places along the sidewalk outside the courtyard.

If you receive, please park the vehicle outside the property.

* Public transport nearby :

The whole town is accessible by car, but it is much better to get to the center on foot (5 minutes).

* Housekeeping :

The apartment will be cleaned by us.

However, out of respect for those taking care of the household, and to guarantee the sanitary protocol in force due to the COVID risk, we ask that when you leave, the apartment is clean, the dishes done and tidy.

Bath towels, dish towels, and bed linen will be placed on the floor in the bathroom.

In the event of a flagrant breach, dirt requiring extraordinary cleaning, theft or breakage that would not be reported to us, we will turn against the tenants.

The fridge must be emptied of all perishable products.

Remember to take out the garbage before leaving the premises and deposit them in the bins located in front of the entrance to the courtyard.

* Equipment user guide :

* Electricity:

The electric meter is located to the left of the front door. Normally no action on your part is necessary.

* Heating:

The boiler is in the cellar, you do not have access to it. If you have any problem, please contact us.

You can adjust the heaters manually.

* The microwave oven:

Place the plate in the oven, turn the dial to register the desired heating time and close the door.

* The heating plate:

If the plate indicates LO: Press the key for several seconds

* The electric coffee maker:

Open the capsule slot by lowering the black handle.

Put water in the tank.

To turn it on: Press one of the two buttons representing a cup. When they have finished flashing press long cup or short cup. Repeat the operation as many times as desired cups.

*Internet :

The wi-fi code is marked on the box. You can scan the wifi code directly using a QrCode.

* Television:

To turn on: Press the red button on the TV

To turn off: Press the red button on the TV

To change the channels: Control using the FREE remote control

To control the sound: Control using the FREE remote control

If concern:

To switch on the TV. If the red indicator of the FREE Box is red, it means that it is off. To turn it on, press the red button on the FREE remote control.

Check that the TV is well connected to HDMI2: With the button on the TV remote control, choose HDMI2. Make OK.

* The sofa bed:

Just pull on the head in the middle of the sofa to lower the bed. In reverse order to put it back in place.

Be careful to remove the duvet and cushions before closing.

Never force. If you have any concerns, please let us know.

* Additional indications:

A vacuum cleaner, floor cleaning equipment, an iron and an ironing board are stored in the bedroom closet.

* The rules of life in the accommodation:

Our accommodation is non-smoking. Please smoke outside.

Lock doors and windows with keys when you leave the apartment.

During the day turn off the lights.

No party or noise pollution will be tolerated. In the event of excessive noise, the police may be called upon to intervene and you may be evacuated from the accommodation.

No wasting water, we are in a region where water is a precious resource.

* History of Beaune

It was from the 15th Century that BEAUNE experienced a real economic, political and financial boom thanks to Nicolas Rolin's Hotel-Dieu, which opened in 1452.

From then on, Nicolas Rolin and his wife Guigone de Salins gave a humanist dimension to the city since the hospices only welcomed the seriously ill and the underprivileged.

This tradition is carried on with the organization, each year, of the largest wine auction in the world on the third weekend of November. The benefit of a piece of wine is thus offered to a charitable associatione.

BEAUNE owns one of the most beautiful hospitals in France and is also recognized as the capital of Burgundy wines thanks to the presence, in its close surroundings, of some of the most prestigious vineyards in France.

Beaune is a fortified city located in the heart of the Burgundy wine region in France.

Surrounded by the vineyards of the Côte d'Or, the town of cobbled streets is famous for its annual wine auction which takes place in the Hospices de Beaune.

Recognizable by its colorful tile roof with geometric patterns, this former 15th-century hospital has now become a Hôtel-Dieu museum and exhibits masterpieces such as the Last Judgment by Rogier van der Weyden.
