Simultaneous Interpreting: Simultaneous interpreting (also known as conference interpreting when it is the only mode utilized)  is typically used with equipment, namely a transmitter and receivers. The interpreter efficiently renders information in real-time into the target language while the source message is being spoken. This is a difficult skill to master because it requires the interpreter to listen intently to the source message, processes the information, and render it into the target language while continuing to listen to the speaker.

Why: Because it is performed in real-time, the communication takes place in the same amount of time as if there were no language barriers.

When: Simultaneous interpretation has started being used in the Nuremberg Trials in 1946, since the accused were germans while the judges were American, Russian, British, and French.  Later, in the United Nations, it became the main form of translating directly conferences and meetings.

CONCLUSION

One of the projects that I enjoyed the most it was the parroting or shadowing videos in ENG and in SP. This is the way we can get used to the simultaneous interpretation. Therefore, we practice the intonation and mostly new words. Along of the projects we learn also to speak while we hear, and it is not an easy task. On the other hand, I recorded my videos with Zoom App and then I uploaded to youtube, after that I enter the link to my Google site.
