Energy Work

My journey with healing began in 2021, during a time of both travel preparation and personal loss. When my father passed away, I turned to Reiki to help process my grief, and it became a source of comfort and guidance. Inspired by its transformative power, I began studying Reiki with Sheri Rathburn of Om2Ohm in Columbus, Ohio, eventually completing my training as a Reiki Master.

From there, I discovered the teachings of Llyn Cedar Roberts and Stacey Gibbons (Shamanic Reiki Sacred), who showed me how to weave Shamanic practices — learned from Llyn’s experiences in Guatemala — into Reiki. By the summer of 2022, I had completed Shamanic Reiki I, II, and Master levels, deepening my connection to energy work.

I have also trained in Karuna Reiki, becoming a certified Karuna Reiki Master. This allows me not only to offer Karuna Reiki sessions but also to teach students from Level 1 up to Karuna Master, sharing this compassionate practice with others. 

Encouraged by the community of healers around me, I expanded my studies into Animal Reiki with Misty Skeen of Majestic Animals, and Sound and Vibrational Healing with the Meditate Tribe in 2023. This October, I will continue my journey by traveling with Shamanic Reiki Sacred to work directly with Shamans, further exploring the blend of energy, ritual, and intention.
