Here are examples of lesson plans and learning and evaluation situations (LES) that I have created. Some were implemented through my practicums while others were created for school assignments. Many incorporate the universe design of learning (UDL), differentiated instruction (DI), and/or considerations for equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI).
It will be updated as more are made.
Implemented Learning and Evaluation Situations (LES) or Unit Plans
6 Week Practicum (~210hrs) - Cycle 1, Grade 2
During the practicum that took place in my third year of University, I had to come up with a learning and evaluation situation that I would have to implement in the classroom. This practicum required me to take up 60% of my associate teacher's workload during the 6 weeks so other than this LES, I did teach other lessons. This, however, is the only detailed document that I created for this practicum.
This LES centers around plants as the students would later on be selling flowers.
Implemented Plans

Reviewing bar graphs and their purpose through the use of surveys in preparation for their science fair.
Grade 5 Mathematics - Order of Operations
Introducing them to the order of operations with an attempt to incorporate tech into the lesson.
Grade 6 Mathematics - Area of Compound Shapes
Expanding on the calculation of a shape's area, students now learned how to calculate a compound shape's area. This lesson took into consideration the large gap in student abilities in this classroom.
