Directions for making Cabbage Alfredo:

.) Place into a casserole dish, followed by your cream cheese, a bottle of heavy cream, butter, and seasonings to your liking.
.) Now that you have combined all your other ingredients, gather your knife, cutting board, spatula, and frying pan. It is time to chop and sizzle your kielbasa sausage.
.) Once you chop your sausage to your liking either in cubes, slices, etc. to your liking place it in a skillet and allow it to sizzle until they have reached a somewhat less pale to warm color.
.) Now that your sausage is done, place it in your casserole dish with all other ingredients, and gently mix until all is even.
