Ingredients Needed:
1 box of Graham Crackers
1/2 cup of Butter
2 boxes lemon pudding
Milk
Small container of whip cream
1 Lemon
Directions:
1.) You will begin by crushing together 2 of the 3 packs of graham crackers from the box, melt 1/2 cup of butter and mix in with the graham crackers.
2.) Place in your pan and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
3.) Take out the dish and allow it to cool while you mix the pudding.
4.) In a medium-sized mixing bowl, pour lemon pudding packets and an allotted amount of milk for the pudding be sure to do the measurement twice since there are 2 packets.
5.) Once your pan cools down you will then pour in the pudding mixture and spread it evenly through the pan.
6.) You will then put the entire container of whipped cream on top of the pudding mixture and spread evenly also.
7.) Your remaining pack of graham crackers, crush them, and then lightly sprinkle them across the entire pan as shown in the picture above.
8.) Use that lemon and grate the skin into a bowl once you have your desired amount then sprinkle it across the pan as well.
