Tangi were an interesting Hawaiian / Vietnamese outfit founded in 1993 by Tangi Tully and his father Jim Tully.
Some of the Ukuleles were made in Hawaii by Tangi Tully who was a luthier, others came via his Father from a factory in Vietnam, though the Vietnamese connection stopped before 2009. In 2009 after the death of Jim Tully and with other setbacks, the whole enterprise has been reduced to just Tangi Tullys output. I believe he does still make some Ukuleles though?
The Ukuleles themselves came in Sopranino, Soprano, Concert, Tenor and novelty sizes, in a number of woods and string setups, including a Guitalele. At one point he made a giant one the size of a grown man and claimed it was the "biggest Ukulele in the world", (if it was it's been beaten now), and while the factory was going they made a series very small ukuleles claimed to be the smallest playable ukuleles in the world (https://youtu.be/6kqsAF2mnfE)
