It might not sound it but Ortega is actually a German Guitar maker.
They were founded in 1994 making Classical and Spanish Guitars in Germany but over the years they have added to their product range all of the usual acoustic strummed chordophones. They make a number of ranges of Ukulele in Soprano, Concert, Tenor or Baritone, (only the top ranges), with the Lizard range including a Ukulele Bass and they also have a Guitalele in their catalogue.
In 2013 they added extra mahogany, (as oppose to Dao), Lizard Bass Ukuleles to the range, they also added some super short scale, (25in so long scale Bass Ukulele), Basses to the catalogue, (though from the similarity to some others I have seen these may be imported for China) and in 2014 they added a Banjolele, (which may also be Chinese? It could be they have moved all ukulele manufacture to China?)
They have gone on to include a number of Double necked Ukuleles into the catalogue including and Tenor / Taropatch and a Tenor/ Bass Uke.
They have introduced a budget brand of ukuleles from China they call Keiki and in this catalogue they have included Mini scale ukuleles as well as Sopranos.
