Hello members, 

Here is an update from the Tuesday regular board meeting on July 13, 2021.

All board members were in attendance and the meeting was called to order. 

Superintendent’s Report:

• Recognition and celebration: Coaches of the Year, Ben Gose - 3A outdoor track; Abilio Monteiro - 3A girls soccer; Derek Peil -Assistant soccer

• Policy review schedule was shared

 Approve expenditures and pre-approve utilities and financial report

Surplus Disposal record was shared

Adoption of the budget for the 21-22 school was passed as follows:

Be it resolved that the following amounts be appropriated as the budget figures for the fiscal year 2021-2022: General Fund $28,753,205

Special Revenue $8,000,000

Food Services $1,156,398

Debt Services (Bond issue) $0.00

Student Activities $1,000,000

Swimming Pool: $497,966

Pre School: $0.00

Major Maintenance: $3,000,000

Recreation Mill: $178,693

Fremont County BOCES 1/2 mill: $89,347

Retirement Fund: $0.00

Capital Projects: $2,000,000

Be it further resolved that pursuant to Wyoming Statute, Fremont County School District On levy 25 mills on the assessed value of all taxable property for the foundation program revenue, 1mill on the same property for use by the Fremont County School District One Recreation Board, .5 mill on the same property for use by the Fremont County School District One students by the Fremont County BOCES.

Motion by Jared Kail, second by Teresa Nirider.
