GIORNO DEL RICORDO
Il Giorno del ricordo è una solennità civile nazionale italiana, celebrata il 10 febbraio di ogni anno.
Istituita con la legge 30 marzo 2004, vuole:
Conservare e rinnovare la memoria della tragedia degli italiani e di tutte le vittime delle foibe, dell'esodo dalle loro terre degli istriani, fiumani e dalmati nel secondo dopoguerra e della più complessa vicenda del confine orientale.
REMEMBRANCE DAY
Remembrance Day is an Italian national civil solemnity, celebrated on 10 February each year.
Established with the law of 30 March 2004, it aims to:
Preserve and renew the memory of the tragedy of the Italians and of all the victims of the foibe, of the exodus of the Istrians, Fiumeans and Dalmatians from their lands after the Second World War and of the more complex story of the eastern border.
