I am a researcher in the field of organizational behavior. My researches lie in the areas of organizational strategy and organizational behaviors.

My main area of ​​research focuses on entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship (entrepreneurial activities within existing organizations, also known as "corporate entrepreneurship") and the factors that motivate or inhibit entrepreneurial behaviors

In addition, I am an academic mentor at the Ariel Entrepreneur Center

In recent years I have been examining the changes in the structure of work and focusing on the Sharing Economy and the GIG economy. I hope my research will contribute to a change in the well-being of employees and organizations.
