Timeline Miden

Summary

Timeline Miden is a failed prime timeline. Due to it's failure forming, it became a broken, even glitched realm that almost acts as the back of the multiverse's memory. Forgotten, banished, or sometimes deleted things will end up here. Depending on what happened to them, they can just exist in the broken dimension, exist partially deleted inside Miden, or be fully forgotten and deleted from most if not all of reality.

The dimension looks like an endless gray void full of things from across the entire multiverse. Obviously, there's a bunch of variants here, but there can also be items, terrain, or just regular people here as well. The locations in the dimension can vary in appearence significantly. Some places look almost normal aside from all the gray, others look like a distant memory, and some even look like what corrupted images.

Even if a person is considered to be lost forever upon entry, there still are methods to find out about this timeline and survive in the main multiverse. There are two ways this can happen. One is that sometimes, timeline travel can fail, giving the user of the technology a partial view of Timeline Miden. This is the best method for finding information as timeline travel faliures can be replicated semi-consistantly if the researchers are good enough. The other method is relying on the multiverse to have a little slip-up called a "Miden Echo." Miden Echos are rare occurences when an individual suddenly remembers information that has been lost to this dimension. When this does occur, it usually happens within people who have a relation to someone lost in Miden. Although, there are extremely rare cases where someone remembers a random tidbit of information from Miden.

If one is unfortunate enough to end up here, they're essentially doomed. No one has been known to escape, though some do theorize on what could save someone from being slowly forgotten by the denizens of the multiverse and entropy itself. Some think that getting on a deity's good side could save you, some think there's a hidden escape route, some even think that powerful love and longing could reverse the fate of this dimension's prisoners.
