Dark pelts in the Zuvan
Dark pelts can naturally found among the Zuvan, primarily due to the influence of the Nyota. Unbeknownst to the Zuvan, Nyota cuckoos were secretly placed in their dens as cubs. Upon reaching adulthood, these cuckoos are told by the Nyota that their true origins lie with them and that they were meant to spy on the Zuvan for thrm. However, as one might expect, not all of these cuckoos are eager to betray the family or clan that raised them. Consequently, dark pelts began to appear among the Zuvan, though lighter pelts still dominate the population.
Stolen lion den
As suggested in the Nyota clan page, the mother's clan did, in fact, steal the Mlinzi pride's original den site. After overtaking the Kijabi, the Nyota took great pride in claiming and using this expansive den site as their own.
