NPCs are characters that differ from normal player characters in that they largely exist to move the story forward and provide support.
Special NPCs (S-NPCs)
S-NPCS are exclusively played by a Host. They represent the most prominent driving plot that player characters can't. They serve as tools for facilitating roleplay, including assessments, events, deaths, roleplay events, ect. They exist primarily to support to roleplay, enabling the progression of the narrative in instances where player characters may not be able to do so.
NPCs
All clans have a stand-ins/populations of NPCs to their clan, which can be referred to in roleplay, stories, and literature. They tend not to have unique stories, character arcs, or designs.
Personal NPCs (P-NPCs)
They may receive names and distinct appearances, serving as supporting characters to complement only a player's character. Mothers, fathers, siblings, rivals, mentors, ect. They do not influence the plot of the roleplay nor hold high rankings.
They are not permitted to hold high-ranking positions within any clan.
They are required to adhere to and behave in accordance with their clan's customs and values, with only minor deviations.
Players have the option to kill P-NPCs from the rp.
Overpowered P-NPCs should not overshadow characters, they should not stand out.
