Life in Outlands
Life in the Outlands is a daily challenge. The land is mostly barren, with dry sand stretching out for miles under a relentless sun. Days bring intense heat, while nights are surprisingly cold, and sandstorms sometimes sweep across the plains, making travel difficult and unpredictable.

Water is rare, with only a few small oases providing any real source of it. These pockets of green are fiercely valued, with both animals and humans competing for their limited resources.

Those who live in the outlands normally adapt or die. They are often nomadic, moving between water sources. For them, life is about managing with what they have, finding ways to make the Outlands’ limited resources stretch just a little further.

Appearances
The animals of the outlands come in a variety of appearances and even species. Hyenas, often exiles or runaways from their clans, are among the most common here. Others who live here have found refuge in the Outlands, adapting to a life in a hyena populated Kijabi.

What are they?
Sub-groups are small, player-created bands of 3 to 10 characters. These animals have come together for various reasons-- whether for survival, family ties, or simply strength in numbers. Some of these groups may even settle within clan territories. However, they should be cautious-- any group within a clan’s land risks drawing attention and facing potential attacks from the hyenas if seen as a threat. The hyenas are protective of their resources and won’t hesitate to challenge or drive out intruders they consider rivals.

• Only carnivores may form groups with other carnivores, and herbivores may only group with herbivores.

•  Leaders of the subgroups do not need to be active at all times. However, if a leader leaves the roleplay or their character falls into limbo, the subgroup will disband. This ensures that all groups are functional and slots are not taken.

How to create a sub group?
To make a sub group when slots are open please head over to︱🪻・tickets and submit this form:

• Subgroup Name:

• Leader: (must be an already submitted and aceepted character)

• Type: (Select one: Carnivore or Herbivore)

•  Purpose: (Briefly describe the reason for forming this subgroup, such as survival, family ties, or shared goals.)

• Description: (description of the subgroup's characteristics, values, and any notable traits . AKA the about section for the sub-group!)

How to join a sub group?
Simply ask the owner of the subgroup leader regarding the group! Their names will be listed for easy reference. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can also reach out to a host to ask.
