The location of my place of study was given in week 3 by my lecturer, Ms Renee. The topic is specified to Artic Tundra for my group. After recieving our topic, we had a group to discuss generally on what are we going to do. We also discussed on the requirements and disturbuted the task accordingly. The reference links are given to aid us in our research.

in week 5, we had a meeting regarding the video style and the fixed time line to make sure our assignment are well prepared for submission. We finalise the role and the platform to video shoot our project.

We all did our research and discussed out part. I summarise my part into points and short elaboration to make it easier to read. This would also be as a guideline for me to prepare my slides to present in the final video.

We prepare our own script for our presentation. We then made a few correction to our script to make sure it fit our video style that we are planing to do. We sent our script and guidelines to Ms Renee to check and correct us for things that we missed out.

Once we got the feedback from Ms. Renee, we proceed with the video shooting. We made a Zoom call to try out the video presentation. We had a few errors and mistake along the shoot but we still manage to get in done in time. Xiao Xuan will be editing the final video. Finally, we submit our video through the google form given by our lecturer.
