The KDK trainers' network pretends to create a well-developed market of training and consultation services for agrarian and food businesses in Ukraine, to fill it with quality designed to meet requirements of national and international standards. 

Purchasing training and consulting products on the open market would significantly accelerate modernization of the agricultural and food business. This will result in growth of the national economy, prevent producers from poor investments, protect food business from unfair trainers and consultants not able to provide business with additional value, and therefore discredit the training and consulting business.

Training or consulting product is an established (standardized) sequence of actions aimed at achieving a certain educational goal, supplemented by a standard package of information and educational materials (including audio and video materials).

The KDK network keeps a register of network members' products for the purpose of informing consumers, generating demand for training and consulting products, achieving efficiency in the investment of trainers' time and effort in creating products, and invites trainers to register their achievements.

Training and consulting products usually appear as objects of intellectual property - in whole, in part, composed of a number of other objects. Although the concept of intellectual property rights is broader than consultation or training and may also apply to other activities of network members.

The KDK network keeps the register of intellectual property objects in order to protect the rights of owners, including property rights, and invites members of the network to register their objects and claim rights to them.

For achieving synergy between various training and consulting competencies, better satisfaction of consumer demand, network members are recommended to create author teams and fix them as the network units through the author teams page.
