THE NETWORK UNITS
The KDK trainers' network develops from the bottom level - on the initiative of its members. Any network member may create a unit of the network in one of the formats listed below. However, the network member may offer his own format if recognise it as effective and appropriate.
Before you invite your colleagues to work under the framework of the newly created unit, please, invite them to join the KDK first.
Info on network units
- Committees play as the bearing structure for the network activities. They function on a permanent basis in key directions and reflect the fundamental needs of the network.
- Commissions are formed to solve some current issues that arise in certain areas of the network participants' activities. Although commission, like committee, can also be permanent, it is activated by some fact, sometimes quite urgent.
- Working groups, as a rule, are created with the aim to develop some draft documents: corporate documents of the network or of its separate unit, or documents that the KDK network prepares for external needs. Working groups may be created with the aim to improve the legislative or regulatory framework, to prepare letters and proposals to state authorities, to develop self-regulatory documents, etc.
- Groups in social networks are created for current communication on specific topics for all members of the network or for a number of participants
- Author teams are created with the aim to develop training products or educational projects. Business often requires an integrated approach covering a number of topics and comprehensive consultations covering various aspects of the profile activities. To meet these requirements, trainers and consultants are forced to create teams of narrow field specialists. It helps to enrich the experience of colleagues and to achieve synergy. The product of the author's team can appear in a form of training course, agenda for the separate training, know-how, etc. In the future, training products may be distributed under license or as a franchise.
- Consortiums of specialists and organizations are created when a certain work needs to be done. In particular, a consortium is created if there is a possibility to create a new segment of the market, for the development of a project for the donors' call of proposal, for the implementation of an investment project, etc.
Info for initiators of units
The number of members of the unit is limited. It is defined by the initiator of the unit or by the decision of the unit's members.
The initiator of the unit (or another person appointed by the initiator) becomes the administrator of the page of the unit, posts and edits information. The administrator also has access to the pages of units of the network.
Information about activities of the unit is posted on its page for public use.
Current communication among members of the network unit takes place in social networks (see the Communication page, the Microsoft Teams environment is recommended for professional business communication).
