The Coordinating Board of the KDK network operates at the strategic level and is a centralized network management body. The Coordinating Board does not pretend to give instructions to anyone. Its main task is to maximize the efficiency of the entire network, to see opportunities for synergy "from above" and to inform about it the network units and members may be lacking such a perspective.

In order to enable the Coordinating Board to function effectively, the units of the network are obliged to inform the Coordinating Board about their establishment, the area and the key issues of activity. 

Administration of the KDK network site works in the orbit of the Coordinating Board assisting in performing its functions. Initiators of the establishing of the network units, groups in social networks are obliged to include one or more members of the Coordination Board to the list of their participants.

The Coordinating Board of the KDK network was established on July 17, 2020 at the founding meeting by transforming and expanding the composition of the Initiative Group operatштп at the initial stage of the network development.
