Placing information about the project in the KDK network progect register indicates that its authors have declared their intellectual property rights and the time of the project's amerging as an object of intellectual property (IP).

Individual specialists - members of the KDK network, and author teams composed with members of the network are recognised as owners of projects.

Project owners can implement their projects themselves or grant the right to present the project to donors and investors, and then to implement it to other individuals or organizations under the terms of a license agreement.

At the first stages, the KDK network imposes no demands for the projects of network members, responsibility for the prject quality, professional level, compliance with intellectual property rights and other issues of integrity is imposed on the authors of a project.

At the same time, the network plans to introduce the same approach to confirming the integrity of the project authors as to the safety and quality of food products - through the formation of regulatory documents (standards, guidelines, good practices, etc.), independent audit and certification.

The register contains information about the name of the project, its authors, organizations that account the project as assets under according to the right of ownership or disposal, information about the short-term and long-term results of the project, the list of donors or investors supporting or planning to support the project

The network is not a platform for searching donors and investors, promoting or implementing projects - it is simply a place providing tools for ensuring integrity in the development and implementation of projects (although the project register is able to some extent attract donors and investors looking for projects to finance).

On demand of authors, the PO 'Analysis Center of AUU' acts as the licensee of the project in accordance with the gulations on membership fee.
